Once you are onboarded, you can upload property details, photos, and pricing information. Free users can post a limited number of deals; premium members unlock more visibility and tools.

How do I contact a seller or buyer?

We make it easy — once you’re in, you’ll have direct access to the seller’s contact information on each property listing. No middlemen, no waiting — just a simple way to reach out and start the conversation.



Do you sell my information or charge per lead?

Absolutely not. We don’t sell leads or mark up deals. Our goal is to connect serious investors with verified wholesalers — not squeeze users with lead fees. We charge sellers a success fee per completed transaction.



How are properties verified?

We manually review each listing and user to reduce spam and ensure quality. Our goal is to keep the platform filled with genuine, verified opportunities. We don't list daisy chained properties.
